NOFASD Australia presented at the AddictionZ Conference 2025 on Wednesday, 14th May on the Gold Coast. Angelene Bruce (Lived Experience Advocate, NOFASD Australia) and Sophie Harrington (Chief Executive Officer, NOFASD Australia) will deliver a session titled Supporting Women at Higher Risk of Alcohol Exposed Pregnancies: A Lived Experience Perspective.
The presentation explored the development of lived experience-informed resources for Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) professionals, and offer strategies to engage in supportive, stigma-free conversations about alcohol and pregnancy.
