Terms and Conditions for NOFASD Australia’s “Red Shoes Rock” 2024 Instagram Giveaway

1. Host: The giveaway is hosted by NOFASD Australia Incorporated.
2. Acknowledgment: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
3. Eligibility:
   • Open to anyone residing within Australia excluding employees of NOFASD and members of their immediate family. Please note that the prizes on offer cannot be used outside of Australia.
   • Participants do not need to have FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) themself or be associated with someone who has FASD, in order to enter this giveaway.
4. Campaign Period:
   • The giveaway will run from Monday 9^th September 2024, to Monday, 16^th September 2024, at midnight (AEST).
   • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
   • The winners will be announced on Thursday 19^th September via the NOFASD Australia official Instagram account. There will be no other form of contact or accounts used for this giveaway.
5. How to Enter:
   • Participants must post a photo of themselves, their family, friends, pets, etc., wearing red shoes or red socks on their Instagram feed or stories.
   • The post or story must tag @nofasd.australia and include the two hashtags #RedShoesRock2024 and #FASDawareness.
   • NOTE: if your account is on private, please send through a screenshot of your post or story to NOFASD Australia via DM’s to confirm your entry
6. Prizes:
   • 1 x $250 Voucher and 4 x $100 Vouchers will be awarded.
   • Prizes are in the form of digital Mastercard Gift Cards, which will be delivered via email once winners have been announced on 19^th September.
   • Winners must activate their Mastercard Gift Card via The Card Network app and have a valid AU mobile number to redeem their gift card. The digital-only gift card cannot be printed or transferred and has a minimum 3-year expiry date.
   • By participating in this giveaway, winners contribute to environmental sustainability as no plastic cards are involved.
7. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be chosen manually by verifying genuine entries and using a random number generator, or via an automated giveaway tool with subsequent manual verification.
   • The decision of NOFASD Australia regarding the winners is final.
8. Announcement of Winners:
   • Winners will be announced on Thursday 19^th September 2024, through NOFASD Australia’s official Instagram story and verified account posts.
   • Winners will be contacted directly from NOFASD Australia’s official Instagram account.
   • Winners will not be contacted by any other accounts, phone numbers, or emails.
   • Please beware of scammers. NOFASD Australia will not ask you for any personal details such as bank account information or passwords.
9. Claiming Prizes:
   • The official NOFASD Australia Instagram account will request winners’ email addresses via DM from @nofasd.australia in order to deliver the digital gift cards. No other personal details will be required.
   • Prizes must be claimed within 3 days of the announcement. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, NOFASD Australia reserves the right to select a new winner.
10. Scam Prevention:
    • NOFASD Australia will not ask for any personal details, passwords, or payment information at any stage of the giveaway.
    • Participants should be cautious of any accounts pretending to be NOFASD Australia. The official NOFASD Australia Instagram account is the only account that will contact winners.
    • If you receive emails, text messages or Instagram messages/requests from any account or person pretending to be NOFASD Australia, please immediately report or block them.
    • Please do not click on any links provided within these attempts.
11. General Conditions:
    • NOFASD Australia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of NOFASD Australia, which are final and binding.
12. Liability Release:
    • NOFASD Australia is not responsible for any technical issues, including, but not limited to, lost, delayed, or interrupted entries due to server, network, or other connectivity problems.
    • Participants agree to release NOFASD Australia from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
